Health Survey This Sunday

Members are invited to participate in our Health Survey on Sunday, December 2, 2018.  Join us after Morning Worship to complete a brief health survey.  The survey results will allow us to better cater to your health needs and medical concerns.  Lunch will be provided for participants.
